7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Note: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including undergarments and swimwear that have been worn or had tags removed.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@teeshop.com with your order number
  2. Wait for our team to provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
  5. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return

Important: Do not send your item back without first contacting us for authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Wrong Item: We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return label
  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchange: We will cover shipping costs for sending you the replacement item

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your return:

  • We will send you an email confirmation once we have received your item
  • Inspection of the returned item takes 2-3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for the exchange and cover shipping costs for sending you the new item. Note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
