Our Refund Guarantee

At TeeShop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a hassle-free refund policy to ensure you can shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match the description on our website
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase and return it within 7 days
  • The product has not been used or worn (except to try it on)
  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Refund Process

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team at refunds@teeshop.com with your order number and reason for refund
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund
  5. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed

Refund Timeline

The refund process follows this timeline:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Processing: 5-7 business days after inspection is complete
  • Credit to Account: 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Total refund time: Approximately 12-20 business days from when you ship the item back to us.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited back to the card used for purchase
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: Refund will be credited to the same account
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (you will need to provide bank details)

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or wear
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Items returned without all original packaging and tags

We will notify you of the partial refund amount and reason before processing.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item
  • We provide prepaid return labels for defective items or our errors
