Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. At TeeShop, we strive to provide flexible cancellation options while ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.

When Can I Cancel?

You can cancel your order at different stages, but the process varies:

Before Order Processing (0-2 hours after order)

Full cancellation is available with no charges. Your payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

During Processing (2-24 hours after order)

Cancellation is possible but depends on whether the item has been packed. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order before shipping.

After Shipping (24+ hours after order)

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery or return the item using our return policy once received.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team immediately via email at cancel@teeshop.com or call +91 1234567890
  2. Provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  3. Specify the reason for cancellation
  4. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is possible
  5. If approved, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email

Note: The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of cancelling your order before it ships.

Cancellation by TeeShop

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Pricing or product description errors on our website
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Delivery address is outside our service area
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and provide a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

When your order is successfully cancelled, the refund process is as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: Refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: No payment was made, so no refund is necessary

Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only some of them, please contact our customer service team. Partial cancellations may be possible if the items have not yet been packed.

Pre-Orders and Custom Items

Special cancellation terms apply to:

  • Pre-Orders: Can be cancelled until the item is in stock and ready to ship
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Cannot be cancelled once production has started

Failed Delivery and Cancellation

If delivery fails due to the following reasons, the order will be automatically cancelled:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Customer not available after 3 delivery attempts
  • Customer refuses to accept the delivery

In such cases, the order amount will be refunded minus any shipping charges already incurred.
